Legal Precedent
The BCNR established legal precedent suggesting that any vet receiving a free education in the military loses all rights under the constitution and laws of the United States (you got a free education, stop whining). And the BCNR has absolute freedom to select, alter, fabricate or ignore evidence as needed to support the government's position.
The federal courts supported that decision and effectively added that factual impossibility, massive and multiple acts of fraud, flagrant perjury, altering affidavits, concealing and destruction of records, altering of affidavits, etc. going to core issues do not provide sufficient weight to overcome the assumption of regularity on the part of the various governement agencies involved.
These decisions will make it virtually impossible for future generations of men and women in uniform to receive fair treatment under the constitution and laws of the United States. Courts, following these decisions, will support virtually any level of corruption in the military.
We have adopted third world political practices.
